    Native Translation Services, LLC<\/strong>

    1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\n

    By accessing or using the services of Native Translation Services, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Services Provided<\/h3>\n

    We provide professional translation, interpretation, and notarization services<\/strong>. Our services are delivered in good faith and with due professional diligence. However, we do not guarantee that translated content will be accepted by all institutions or government agencies. It is the client\u2019s responsibility to verify acceptance criteria before requesting service.<\/p>\n\n

    3. Document Retention<\/h3>\n

    We retain documents for 7 calendar days<\/strong> after completion of service. After this period, all digital and physical copies are permanently deleted or shredded<\/strong>. Clients are encouraged to download and store their documents<\/strong> upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n

    4. Turnaround Time<\/h3>\n

    Delivery times vary by service type and complexity. While we aim to meet client deadlines, Native Translation Services, LLC is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Payment Terms<\/h3>\n

    All services must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n

    We treat all documents and client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose information to third parties except as required by law.<\/p>\n\n

    7. Notarization Disclaimer<\/h3>\n

    Notarization only confirms the identity of the signatory and not the truthfulness or legality of the document content.<\/p>\n\n

    8. Liability<\/h3>\n

    We are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n

      Misuse of translated documents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t

      Rejection of documents by third-party institutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t

      9. Revisions and Corrections<\/h3>\n

      Minor errors reported within 3 business days of delivery will be corrected free of charge. Substantive edits, additional languages, or new requests will be treated as new orders.<\/p>\n\n

      10. Governing Law<\/h3>\n

      These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas<\/strong>, without regard to conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n\n

      11. Changes to Terms<\/h3>\n
